If you ever wondered how Emmanuelle came ... to be, look no further than this documentary. It is included in the box set I got. Apart from the first four movies it has this documentary on it. And it is quite something. It begins with one of the things I was wondering most: what came before Emmanuelle? I know the puns ... you can't avoid them - they are here to stay as is the nudity and Emmanuelle herself. Whoever plays (with) her ... hey you know I had to do that.
There are way more Emmanuelle movies than one can remember ... or having watched. Allegedly one of them even inspired Cronenberg ... at least that is what someone here is suggesting. Well who knew and would not be too surprising. Even the craziest movies can inspire.

Like Avengers you would just get the band back together ... all the actresses who played the character ... no idea what the movie would be about ... but it's not like the later ones had a real story or anything ... right?
