I don't know if I just really missed it and it's the excitement of finally getting a new episode but this episode is one of the best I've seen. Axe and his team are on their A-game but so is Prince, really feels like they've met their match and it's so exciting to try figuring out who's gonna end up the biggest, baddest wolf on wall street. Axe has had strong adversaries in the past, if they had more political power, he'd have more money, if they were smarter, he was more ruthless... you see the trend, he always had some edge, but now it's like he's facing the mirror, found someone just as smart, just as ruthless with just as much money. Taylor and Chuck also act out their roles splendidly and the next half of the season is set to become quite invigorating.
So much happened in this episode, so many side plots, it feels like I just watched three episodes beautifully squeezed into one. This episode is reminder of why I loved and missed billions so much, not that I needed one.
