Reunited and Saving The Worlds

Shinjae recalls his mom saying they should die together and attempts to push him off the bridge.
Nari looks so pretty, especially her eyes. Her front view of her face is stunning. Rim gets palm reading done by her who gives a pretty accurate reading of him in olden times.
Eunseob comes in and finds Rim familiar and has to think. He remembers he is the traitor and protectively push Nari behind him. Rim asks Eunseob to pass a message and steps out of the cafe. Eunseob says he has to call Tae-eul but Nari says she is outside.
Shinjae comes by and narrows his eyes when Luna grabs the wrong side she was supposedly stabbed in. The real Tae-eul comes and tells Eunseob to look after Nari.
Yeong, Shinjae and Tae-eul question her in a warehouse and Shinjae finds her medication. She confirms she is dying of cancer and Tae-eul wants a private talk with her.
Gon runs into the station and is relieved to see the 2020 calendar. He asks for Tae-eul's whereabouts. He tells them his name.
Outside the hospital Tae-eul is chastised by a worker on not getting rest and she says she is waiting for someone. She sees Gon and they hug.
In her hospital room Tae-eul doesn't want him to leave and is worried about it. He tucks her into bed and slides right in with her to prove he is not going anywhere. They talk about the new memories that surfaced and Gon is happy she hugged him. She asks if he remembers the events after and he nods. Tae-eul narrates that she went through the same events but with the knowledge she had already acquired. What was meant to happen did.
Gon wonders if there is no way to change fate and Tae-eul believes it is set in stone and they still have to reach their destination. When she falls asleep he calls Gon.
Shinjae and Yeong come running, amazed by their new memories and that he travelled through time.
We see Gon tending to Tae-eul's needs and taking care of her. He feeds her, pushes her wheelchair and go to an empty chapel together.
Yeong is at Eunseob's place to pick up his clothes despite telling Eunseob he can keep them. Yeong says bye and Eunseob says already?! Eunseob says his next dream is seeing him again and they hug. They both have tears in their eyes. Yeong says let's meet again.
Tae-eul and Gon sit outside and she says they should do all the things they missed - travel, eat, take photos. Gon is quiet and he starts to talk but Tae-eul says she does not want to hear about him going back. Let's not save the world.
Tae-eul knows he intends to go back in time to stop Rim and she won't know him. Gon doesn't see another way to fix the issues that happened because of the two worlds colliding.
Tae-eul makes him promise to come back and he agrees as they hug.
At the memorial mass for Gon's late mother, Rim tells Seo-ryung he will announce the existence of the two worlds.
Gon returns to the palace and tells Ok-nam his gratefulness for letting him go that day so long ago. She says she understands everything.
Gon catches up with Prince Buyeong's son who was on the way to the airport and who was a traitor that night. He exiles Seung-heon from Corea for life.
Junghye has poisoned both hers and Rim's dishes and they cough up blood. Time stops as the "manager" prepares for the injection but the needle is stuck in the bottle due to the time pause. Rim cannot save her this time.
Time pauses and Gon finds Rim who tries to use his rifle but it doesn't work as time has paused. Shinjae and Yeong come shortly after when time has resumed and shoots Rim in the leg. Shinjae has his police ID around his neck.
The four men go to the gate and when Gon holds the two flute halves, a new gate appears. Rim is surprised Gon doesn't want eternity and infinity. Gon doesn't need it and as long Rim doesn't have it, he's fine.
Rim points out someone needs to escort him and they will die. Shinjae and Yeong argue over who gets to sacrifice themself and Gon has tears in his eyes.
Back in the republic and Shinjae has brought Rim to be questioned in a room. Shinjae and Tae-eul go to question him.
Gon tells Secretary Mo to announce that Prince Buyeong's granddaughter named Lee Sejin will be the next in line for the throne.
Tae-eul watches as blue petals fall from the flowers Gon previously gave her.
In the kingdom Gon and the nation are shocked about the news that Lee Sejin died in a car accident caused by the pregnant swapper. Seo-ryung drops her tablet in horror and shock at how Rim used her friend/enemy.
Seo-ryung calls her mom and asks what she ate for dinner. Her mom gives the name of a different food that is not the answer and she slams the phone and wails.
Tae-eul uncuffs Luna and tells her to take her place in this world so her dad isn't left lonely.
Shin-jae confesses to Tae-eul that he has loved her all his life and she says she loves someone too and to please give her the flute. She promises to return to make up for hurting him.
Gon goes to see Oknam for the last time. He says she must have been lonely holding all these secrets and about the world she really came from. She asks if she lets him go is he ever returning? He orders her to stay healthy and rides off.
Tae-eul puts on the j.estina necklace with the circle in the middle from Gon. Yeong is waiting for Gon in the forest and insists on coming with him even if he will not return. They ride together to the gate.
