It's been a pretty good series, one I felt peaked in the middle. The finale is a decent episode, if I'm totally honest I was a little bit disappointed.
In the plus side we had some action, some of the scenes were quite literally explosive. The character of Wallander was animated, and pretty emotional, not a side of him we generally get to see. There's a nice moment at the end.
On the debit side, we didn't actually get any sort of resolution, I know real life isn't black or white, but on a drama show like this, it feels like we didn't even get from a to b, it didn't actually go anywhere.
It'll be interesting to see if we get a second series, I do hope so.
