Dave Foley plays the principal of an exclusive school (he looks like Colonel Sanders) who unwittingly humiliates Jessica by hiring her as Dean. But Jessica doesn't take it lying down for sure, and this episode takes a wry look at diversity hires such as Indian-Americans, African-Americans, and other minorities. You can imagine Jessica now owing the principal thanks to her ingenuity.
