. . . of a 1962 half-hour episode of TV's THE BUGS BUNNY SHOW (that is, the part of the show that was NEW animation, corresponding to the description of Daffy Duck as a cartoon "clean-up artist"--which actually turns out to be Daffy serving as the janitor at the cartoon office, rather than being any sort of animator himself. These "bridging sequences" were included as a 5 minute, 50 second appendix or bonus feature on the LOONEY TUNES GOLDEN COLLECTION (VOLUME ONE)--DISC ONE (BUGS BUNNY) 2003 DVD release from Warner Bros. It begins with about 29 seconds devoted to a few explanatory screens of information, followed by the connective cartoon bits that bracketed the three theatrically-released shorts included in this BUGS BUNNY SHOW episode (THERE THEY GO-GO-GO!, 1956; CATTY CORNERED, 1952; and A STAR IS BORED, 1956). The by-play here between Bugs and Daffy is fairly humorous, and as it says in the CARTOONIST'S BIBLE, "A minute with Bugs is worth a thousand years with Mickey."
