Jim Powers of "Perverted Stories" fame brings his bent approach to the Sin City series, with dynamic results. In a porno world filled to the brim with MILF sagas, this one's a keeper.
I especially liked the top-heavy casting of Ava Lauren in a central role as a college English professor who becomes a MILF and whose son happens to be Dane Cross, the pre-eminent MILF humper in porn. Powers integrates near-incest elegantly into the narrative, and doesn't horse around with that dreaded step-mom or step-sister b.s that makes so much of current porn timid and unwatchable.
A bevy of interesting characters and preemo MILFs are created, starting with Darryl Hanah, who kicks off the show by seducing a couple of skateboarders she hails from the sidewalk to help her move some furniture. The ensuing threesome and d.p.'s involving CJ Ryder and an unrecognizable (pre-Brazzers fame) Johnny Sins really gets the XXX juices flowing.
Star Lauren is dismissive of the slutty ways of neighbors like Darryl, but soon finds herself moving up to head of the class (and then some) in the freewheeling cougar activities of a MILF. By film's end she has ravished about half a dozen young studs, and in the final orgy almost gets a facial from her own son Dane, a tantalizing touch I wouldn't put past director Powers in staging (rather than leaving such matters to happenstance).
Among these lucky guys who get to sample Avas' mammoth mammaries in her bed (with handy ceiling mirror above it) is an uncredited Danny Wylde, instantly recognizable but somehow incognito here. Perhaps the film's best scene is one in which another MILF Maya Divine talks her daughter (Jenna Presley) into humping ma's boyfriend played by Eric Masterson, and the girl readily accepts, with mom joining them for a threesome. There's plenty of Maya caressing Jenna while the two vie for possession of Eric's cock, so this was quality incest-baiting par excellence.
A subplot involving wonderful Kristal Summers, a porn actress whose mainstream career in horror movies seems to have been expunged in IMDb, is well-written and executed, and helps tie together this inherently episodic porn video into a cohesive hole. I've got the followup volumes ready to watch one of these days, and hope that Sin City kept up the quality level.
