- GoofsThe police car that arrives at the Ingram's home is seen to be carrying modern day 'battenburg' high visibility livery. Whilst some UK police forces had began introducing it by 2001, Wiltshire Police were using a more traditional yellow stripe livery with Sillitoe tartan borders during 2001.

Episode 2
Despite a cast containing Michael Sheen and Matthew Macfadyen. I was struck watching this second episode as to how cheap Quiz looked.
It is mainly interior sets. This is an ITV drama that has scenes with ITV executives, where they have a shoddy looking ITV logo in the boardroom. A bad vinyl reproduction.
There is a scene with the Ingrams in the car where the green screen background looks appalling.
It is finally the turn for Major Charles Ingram in the hot seat. The episode leaves it unclear as to what shenanigans the Ingrams got up to beforehand to cheat their way to victory.
The episode is really the reproduction of his appearance in the show. As it was stated, he really was Tim nice but Dim.
Then again the Celador executives who made Who Wants to be a Millionaire for ITV were naive thinking no one would try to cheat. No mobile phones were allowed into the studio but they held no searches.
I always assumed when you phoned a friend, it was someone in another room at the studio. Apart from what happens if you friend is out. They could be on a computer searching for the answer online.
