Wonderful, again.

It's gone from being something I didn't particularly fancy watching, to one of the best dramas I've seen in quite some time, perhaps it's because I remember the events well, and was a huge fan of the show's but there is something addictive about this series.

I had no idea the lengths this family went to in pursuit of the big prize, now I'm not sure how much of this is fact, and how much is real, but the story is just captivating.

There's a little bit of me that feels sorry for The Major, it almost feels as though he's somewhat bumbling, and was pushed into doing something that he didn't particularly want to do.

The acting is phenomenal, the whole cast are wonderful, but Michael Sheen is off the scale as Tarrant.

This has been a class act, 10/10.

Episode 2

Despite a cast containing Michael Sheen and Matthew Macfadyen. I was struck watching this second episode as to how cheap Quiz looked.

It is mainly interior sets. This is an ITV drama that has scenes with ITV executives, where they have a shoddy looking ITV logo in the boardroom. A bad vinyl reproduction.

There is a scene with the Ingrams in the car where the green screen background looks appalling.

It is finally the turn for Major Charles Ingram in the hot seat. The episode leaves it unclear as to what shenanigans the Ingrams got up to beforehand to cheat their way to victory.

The episode is really the reproduction of his appearance in the show. As it was stated, he really was Tim nice but Dim.

Then again the Celador executives who made Who Wants to be a Millionaire for ITV were naive thinking no one would try to cheat. No mobile phones were allowed into the studio but they held no searches.

I always assumed when you phoned a friend, it was someone in another room at the studio. Apart from what happens if you friend is out. They could be on a computer searching for the answer online.
