Since Isabel's untimely death in 2019, Ruben Toledo has carried the Isabel Toledo fashion empire into the future and continues to share her artistry with the world. As a multi-faceted visual artist himself, Ruben's illustrations have graced countless magazines, special edition books, and gallery walls. The duo received the SCAD André Leon Talley Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009, and SCAD is honored to have hosted Isabel Toledo's first posthumous exhibition at SCAD FASH Lacoste.
