As Team RWBY, Qrow, Ren, Nora, and Jaune reach Atlas, the city is under occupation getting to Ironwood would mean getting through most of the Atlas military while Grimm Incursions are spawning through the city. As our heroes fight off some Grimm, the group reunited with a long lost friend who has supposedly died in Volume 3 Penny. This reunion marked a good use of shock value with a logical point to why Penny is somehow alive, but the mystery will soon unravel hopefully in the next episode. This episode was a good way to kick off the first act of RWBY Volume 7. I hope we get to see some further new and old faces for this chapter in the series.
