Warning: Spoilers
After Richard's heart attack, Rory, Lorelai, & Emily all are in the waiting room. Emily is making phone calls. Lorelai can't get in touch with Chris. Logan flys in on a helicopter to be with Rory. Logan & Rory go to Emily & Richard's house to pick up some objects. Right before Rory & Logan leave, Luke shows up after Babette tells him about it. He rushes to the hospital & offers any sort of help to Emily. Logan tells Rory about this business that he invested into. Still no Chris... Emily is in fear for Richard's life & trying to distract herself by making phone calls to someone about the will. Lorelai & Emily have a somewhat of a heart-to-heart conversation about Richard's life. Then Luke comes back with food & suddenly Chris shows up all jerky towards Luke after he was just being helpful. Richard ends up okay but stays in the hospital for a while & Emily figures out that he's being a crappy husband " Blood is thicker than water" Emily said to Lorelai about the relationship with Chris. She sees they aren't meant to be. Its a heart-felt somewhat sad episode but works into story line well.

Sad episode

Warning: Spoilers
This whole episode will pull at your heartstrings.

Richard is in the hospital and everyone is worried. Emily is trying to make phone calls and get things arranged in case something bad happens. Her and Lorelai have a heartfelt conversation where she admits that she's worried about her husband.

Lorelai is trying to get ahold of Chris but he isn't picking up his phone. Logan arrives and helps as much as he can. He gets points for being a good boyfriend. Luke brings food, and finally Chris shows up. He is a jerk to Lorelai and Luke. Emily sees that there's trouble in paradise.

Zach is helping at the diner because Lane is realllly pregnant. He's finally winning me over. Not so much a doofus after all.

Grow up, Lorelei.

Lorelai is her usual self -absorbed self.. She can't feel beyond her own feelings to understand that her mother is desperately trying to occupy herself with legal matters to avoid thinking about losing the man who is her world. She even reduces Emily to tears with petty accusations when Emily is already falling apart...And then in her usual passive aggressiveness, she gives Chris a pass for acting like the pouting child that HE is... All I can say is Poor Luke... Lorelai says jump, and Luke says "How High"...

Odd and unrealistic

Warning: Spoilers
Another rather odd and unrealistic insertion of Luke in the life of Lorelqi. Since the separation this must be the second. Who on earth would go to that hospital? Sin real life, Luke would have at most give a call or a text message wishing well, not go to the hospital, where he would encounter Christopher and their 2 ex in-laws that hated him so much.

Writers are so lame!!

And then Emily, after saying what's doing this men here, ask for many favours in the Emily way.

I don't think it is realistic.
