An elderly, confused man is found in a shopkeeper's car, the owner is enraged, the man unsure, Bob tries to calm the owner down, but upsets him in the process.
Very good, the story of the kids pinching from the warehouse is decent, but the story of the old man is great.
Bob was unfairly treated by the nasty shop owner, trying to do his job, and trying to do the right thing. The poor old man was perhaps suffering from dementia, he was confused and clearly suffering. The way that Bob looks at Dr Souza, if looks could kill...
Monroe is even more by the book than Cryer, Monroe seeing the bigger picture, Cryer seeing the immediate issue, I'm lacking sympathy for Dr Souza.
