June is out and about on her rounds, and is frustrated at the lack of involvement PC's have when it comes to burglaries, she's keen to forge a bond with CID.
I've always loved a June story, and this is a good one, she's intelligent, smart, and not afraid to rock the boat, it's no wonder she was in the show for such a long time, she'd a great character. I know that people criticised the show in later years for being a bit soap like, being honest this episode has a few of those elements.
A slight comedown after the highs of the previous episode, but still a good one.
It must have been around this time that Lyndham Gregory, who appears as Paul, was making his mark in Surgical Spirit. Such a small role here for him.
