Joanna doesn't think anyone takes her real estate TV show seriously, then an obsessed fan wants to buy a house from her.

This is a pretty good episode. The nerdy annoying fan named Dave is played by Tim Choate, the same character name and actor who appeared as the annoying juror in last season's episode Twelve Annoyed Men and Women. Surprisingly Dick does not recognize him. The funniest scene is when Joanna goes to Dave's house and sees it is a shrine to her.

There's no bigger fan of this show. But as it has moved toward the end, it is getting tiresome. The whole business with Michael and Stephanie and their avarice just hit the wall. The decide to charge people just look at the baby. Dick decides to not participate and is deemed cheap dirt. In the other plot element, Joanna ends up showing more than twenty houses to a bona fide nut case, who has a shrine in his house devoted to her. His house has mannequins of her and picture covering the walls. The show slipped the tracks long ago and has had little to recommend it in the eighth season. So we plod along.
