Joe's off to the country of Borova on a special mission with his dad Mac, ostensibly on a holiday. Sam has tricked Mac, transferring the brain pattern of a military expert Colonel Henderon to the boy instead of the requested aquanaut (to teach the kid how to swim), latter accomplished in a different episode of the series.
It'a light tone to suspense but a fun episode, with the wrinkle of Mac at odds with the tricky Sam a nice touch, since previously the good guys have all been on the same page. Even big shot Shane Weston is involved.
Fine miniatures work and explosions denote the climax where Joe destroys the enemy military base.
