Worthwhile episode

Warning: Spoilers
Dante (sturdy Michael Pare) and Lucretia (sound work from Claudette Roche) try to capture Novak (superbly played with coolly laid-back charisma by Michael Halsey), a shrewd and ruthless war criminal who's responsible for sacrificing thousands of innocent people to the Divinity Cluster. Meanwhile, Percy (a marvelously tart and vibrant Tanya Allen) and Caravaggio (Murray Melvin in fine fussy form) have their hands full contending with Billy Ray (robustly essayed with infectiously impish glee by Simon Fenton), a blithely malevolent holographic computer virus that's wreaking havoc on board the Tulip. This episode benefits tremendously from the character of Novak, who makes for a great charming and cunning villain; the strong chemistry between this smooth heel and his lovely, loyal, and lethal main squeeze Belle (a sharp performance by the striking brunette Noemie Kocher) really keeps things humming. The action set pieces are exciting and well staged and it's a total hoot to see insolent punk Billy Ray joyfully embark on his merry destructive spree on the Tulip. Moreover, this episode tackles the weighty subject of genetic experiments in a smart and provocative manner as well as offers several interesting insights on how grim events from the past have a substantial impact on shaping both the present and the future.
