I won't comment on the elderly couple and their issues. It is one with some twists and turns and is interesting. The second returns us to Philadelphia for the effort to get a DNA test for a guy on death row. It shows us how the system is stacked against people to where they have no defenses. DNA testing was in its infancy when the guy was convicted. The courts are a lot more aware of their liability these days when reviewing capital cases.
