John Larroquette reprises his role as a psychotic killer who always lands on his feet. He weaves a tangled web that makes the justice system unable to handle him. He is, without a doubt, one of the most unique characters ever. You absolutely hate him and then you marvel at his acuity. Bobby and Helen do all they can to figure him out. In a lesser plot line, Ellenor sues a carnival for demeaning a large woman at one of those dunk tanks.
