After all her character is so ridiculous that it's the writers who should be blamed. Once again Chris O'Donnel gets out of jail while he takes no responsibility for his deadly actions, as well as the manipulation of his daughter who is now with him. Some guy who is an investment banker is arrested for exposing himself while he cleans toilets. And that idiot who killed his wife and lover is trying to get out. He is a carbon copy of the guy that harassed Lindsay for a whole season, even packaging a corpse for her.

It is obvious the writers are really reaching pulling in Sharon Stone as a nutcase lawyer, Chris O'Donnell as an absurd killer who implicates his own ten year old daughter to escape murder charges himself and a serial toilet cleaner sex fiend. It's all quite the circus as we wind down the final season.
