A mentally challenged man (Charles Martin Smith) was found with the body of a murdered woman. When his boss sees this, he assumes Frankie killed her and calls the police. Frankie runs and shows up the next morning at Petrocelli's camper. He needs help and thinks he's killed the woman, but Petrocelli soon realizes that Frankie thinks he did it because of his cognitive difficulties. He agrees to represent him and soon the lawyer begins looking for alternate possibilities for the woman''s death.
I liked this one and appreciate that it was very sensitively portrayed by the writer and Smith. A very good job and a very effective episode worth your time.
