George finds out that he is on a committee that decides whether new businesses can move into the little town. Kirk is against it until he stands to make money from a fast food company moving in. He literally extorts Dick into partnering with him in protest.

Dick is angry that Kirk wants to sell.
This is a funny episode with some good moments between Kirk and Dick. Dick even uses Kirk's line of "our friendship is OVER!" Funniest part is Kirk trying to blackmail Dick into admitting Kirk is his best friend. This is reminiscent of the old "Bob Newhart Show" where Jerry and Howard would fight over who Bob's best friend is.
