another love episode again
mikeholmes-4801217 October 2015
Warning: Spoilers
It was a Saturday night, just got done at the families house celebrating my wifes birthday. I put this episode on and she whined that we should watch something she wants. I was like fine, but its Saturday, nothing good is on. I was right. As we started watching this, i realized it was another Mr Belevedere one. i was happy. She thought it was dumb cause at her families house i was showing video clips of him being snide or pushing children. She doesn't get this fantasy island thing.

Anyhow it was a love one, yet again. Are all the 83-84 ones love? or are they just lumping htem together. The first story arc started, and it was a guy and girl who come to the island looking for love but unaware the guy likes the girl. I was like "give me a break". So Roarke sends this guy to Don Juan in Spain or something and he ends up in the guys bedroom while he is seducing a chic. Then Don Juan sees him, a expert Dualist mind you, and somehow the guy defends himself form being stabbed and they fall out a window. This is the equivalent in modern times of being some guy transferred to a gang bangers drug deal and getting away somehow. Mr Roarke should plan better. So the Don Juan ends up at fantasy island after they fall out the window and is basically a man whore and goes after every woman. See how this will end when they both vie for the same woman.? You think instead of going for some lady in the present time, Don Juan would be like "i got tons of chicks, i can get tons of chicks, lets just chill out for a day and look up how i died, in an encyclopedia or whatever you got in 1983. So anyhow guess what, hes got a ton of chicks, the chic realizes it and realizes the guy she has always been friends with is her love. Now they get on a plane, fly home , and are in an instant serious relationship. Seems awkward. I bet if they had a show called "after fantasy Island" it would be very depressing.

The other story arc was some lady fell in love with a married guy and feels bad and wants to leave him. so she spent a crap load of money to go to fantasy island to forget the guy. but hes there and so is his wife. She goes to tell his wife and sees it Richie Cunningham's mom in a wheel chair and feels bad. then Richie's mom says she want s to leave the cheater guy to be fair to him, then the lady feels bad but is happy then she realized they should stay together then this other stuff happened and all the while i did n't care. The whole part i was thinking what a nut case this lady was. she reminded me of some girls i dated when i was single 15 years ago. no idea what the hell they wanted, bat something crazy. Best they could do is find some idiot guy to date who probably in 15 years will be watching Fantasy Islands on Saturday nights and writing internet reviews on the episodes.

SO the episode concluded with MR Belevedere saying "Love Flurishes when properly fertilized" then Mr Roarke gave him funny looks for a while. was he talking about sperm? I thought it was sperm, it was probably sperm. gross.
