Gabriel the Great
MarkLynnIreland129420 June 2022
Only foremost part interested in this episode, the aftermath in Kent dropped the serial sniper, and partner in crime: Jason Hardy, from a high balcony of a tower block. With Steve approaching up the stairs in the tower block, Gabriel quickly covers his tracks with stealing Jason's personal belongings, wipes and drops the gun on the balcony and brutally injuries his hands on the door claiming forcing his way in. I'm sick of Smithers and his continuous grudge against Kent yet he highly suspicious of Gabriel finding the sniper by some huge coincidence, especially Smithy can't prove his unsubstantiated claim that Gabriel raped Kerry.

Even Steve Hunter is uncertain between whether Kent really pushed and let the Hardy fall from the balcony, as he confided in Amber who passes it onto Gabriel. Seems Gabriel thinks he got away with another death after Kerry whilst rest team unaware that it wasn't the sniper who actually killed her.

As a minor subplot, Yvonne is acting sergeant with a bad day when Shirley Moss is hospitalised after being found in a car that has crashed following a pursuit with the Area Car. As Hemmingway discovers she has been living with a dealer, she blows an OBBO run by Drummond and Sim when her sister Beverly is implicated. I'm not too bothered by this.

As Christmas drawing near and it is more a valentine's day between Neil Manson and Andrea Dunbar even as he's oblivious to her true journalist and deception. Even between Andrew Lancel and Natalie J. Robb yet I've seen her more in Emmerdale as Moira and her husband John to Cain Dingle.
