  [raises umbrella at her]

  The Penguin : I assure you, it's not filled with birdseed.

  The Penguin : I do. But an old bird like me can't afford such flights of fancy.

  [showing him the loot from the zeppelin robbery] 

  Roxy Rocket : Besides, I think you'll find these worth the wait.

• The Penguin : [inspecting a precious gem]  Very nice.

  Roxy Rocket : It ain't chicken feed.

  The Penguin : [paying her]  For your nest egg.

  Roxy Rocket : [picking up a deck of cards]  High card. Double or nothin'?

  The Penguin : Unlike you, my dear, I don't take unnecessary risks.

• Batman : I see you gave your muscle the night off.

  The Penguin : What's it to you?

  Batman : Could be dangerous. You never know who might drop in.

  The Penguin : What do you want?

  Batman : Roxy Rocket.

  [showing him a diamond ring] 

  Batman : I believe you've seen this. It's from the zeppelin robbery. That's right, I found it in your pocket. You never could resist keeping a bauble or two.

  The Penguin : Maybe you'd like to show me your search warrant, as well.

  [stomping on a trash can pedal, a machine gun jumps into his hands and he begins firing] 

  Batman : [knocking him onto the balcony outside, he grabs and hangs him over the ledge]  What say we have a little talk? Just like old times.
