I didn't see it in the theaters but caught it on Starz Family. Kids should be over 12 for Adult situations and humor. Although a spoof, the film paints a very believable story of kids (young adults) in crisis. Each of the main characters has a problem that will be worked out by the film's end. There are no stars, but the acting is much better than most independent fair. The whole film takes place in the roommate's house, but it never feels claustrophobic. Reality TV is a running gag. Everyone wants to be on a show. My niece is still running around saying, "stunning, absolutely stunning." My roommate thought it should be a little creepier and would have liked to see more of the Zombies but that's another film. I liked the way Science Story spoofed the reality and horror genres without letting either dominate.

I loved this little movie too. My daughter and I also find ourselves quoting owsley quite often - "Stunning, absolutely Stunning!" heehe it fits in so many situations.
I really liked the characters and story - it's not something to go into watching with a serious critical eye, just have fun and enjoy it! Reminded me of playing with my chemistry set at a young age and the "Mad Scientist" within me. LOL
It was definitely not high tech in the special effects department but it was an entertaining and fun show to watch. Give it a shot - it's worth a few minutes of your time!
