I saw this series when it was airing as reruns on pogo channel India. I was immediately drawn to it's simplicity, truthfulness and subtle humor. I don't know what the producers were aiming for, but the underlying themes are a handful for any adult, let alone kids (on whom it's supposed to be aimed at). It's a shame none of the main cast (attard, seychelle and co) are more well known.
It's a delightful journey through the eyes of Roger Theasurus (Attard) as they learn life and love in a sleepy Australian hamlet. This show's strength does not lie in a star cast or fantastic comedy stitches, but in the cleverness of it's script and it's understanding of the human spirit.
8 stars all the way, don't miss this one folks.
