Bluebirds find an abandoned baby and take it to Happyland to care for it.
Apparently the Mintz cartoon factory had a success with HAPPYLAND -- which annoyed me -- and so they decided to make a sequel, filled with bluebirds that did Cab Calloway imitations and a blond, curly-headed baby. It's usually a waste of time to argue with success, but I don't like saccharine cartoons like this.
