Sex & Nudity

  • A woman is nude while showering. However, nothing is really shown, as she hides her body behind the shower curtain.
  • In the entire film, only at least two kisses take place.

  • A boy shoots at a submarine.
  • After a sudden unknown flash, a boat carrying two boys is shaking. Later on, the two boys die due to a unknown but deadly disease.
  • A newly found boat is found, but is flooded. There, a cat is saved by two men.
  • There are some talking about war, one example involving sinking of a submarine.
  • A woman is about to vomit, when she accidentally lays her hand on a dead cat. There is little blood surrounding the cat.
  • A woman finds a dead bird inside a fridge, and throws it into a stove to burn it.
  • There are some references to nuclear weapon.
  • A man puts a dead bird into a plastic bag, and hides it under the jacket he's wearing.
  • A dead seal is found and carried away by several people. A dead bird can briefly be seen being carried away by a man.
  • A man trips and hurts his leg. Some blood is visible.
  • A man kills an another man, and throws him out of a boat.
  • An old man is sick. Very little nosebleed, which is barely noticeable.
  • Two men fight. A man falls down some stairs, but survives with some blood on his face. A man is knocked out and falls down the same stairs, also with some blood on his face. A woman is seen having been killed. Her body is poured over with gasoline, and then burned together with the house. A man throws himself out from a window, and barely escapes from the fire before he becomes unconscious and injured. It is the most violent scene in the entire film.
  • A male patient yells intensely at several female doctors.
  • A man dies slowly. We see some dry nosebleed.
  • A man falls through a floor, and dies instantly.

Profanity

  • Mild language, which is all in Norwegian. The closest swearing is "Faen ta", which takes place very late into the movie.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • A man asks a woman if some boys are snorting on stuff like demerol or glue. The woman answers the opposite.
  • Some medicine.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • Two teenage boys are seen suffering from an unknown disease. Their death can be emotionally intense for some viewer.

  • A man says that a deadly virus is on the loose, because of a mass radiation as caused by a submarine accident. We learn that the radiation was the cause of the death of two teenage boys and the cat.
