A film student struggles writing a screenplay imagining what he was told by his professor. following the writing instructions he comes up with an idea. Molly and Tyler a very young couple live close to the beach. Tyler suffers of Bipolar disorder and Molly tries her best in order to keep their relationship. Tyler's condition gets worst and Molly looks for a way to escape. She is tired of living this situation and she is willing even to take her own life. Once, running away from Tyler she hides on the beach. She looks around for a way to escape. She sees a strange man. He listens to her words and Molly feels something she never felt before. The Merman takes her away disappearing in the sea.
