Joe is an impressionable young boy who feels alienated at home. His parents are always fighting and his father has moved out. Joe's older sister Janice is also too busy with her studies to worry about her little brother. One day Janice is babysitting Dereck; the boy next door and Joe. Derrick picks on Joe over the nickname "Tiger". A special name that his father bestowed him. Joe lashes out violently. Joe's mother Candice is at her wits end and calls Joe's father to talk to their son.
