You can't write a character who chase a love interest for how they look but not the content of their being. When it blows up in your face, you shouldn't act surprised or sad. Rather have class and accept your foolishness.

The casts have was really good at their job but the story doesn't help them at all. They weren't established as writers at the start of the film. They were established as players. The plot is all over the place.
The love story is predictable. Its great seeing a latina and Black mingle though. They had chemistry.
