It was the final film in the lego dc super heroes series because of zaslav. The post credit scene was to tie in with a film based on lego Batman the video game in which Batman goes on a quest to save Robin.and it to have the Andrew Garfield spider-man and was to have scrappy doo as a villain name scooby Lou after both his uncle scooby and Lou Ferigno and in a hulk like form named scrappy doom.and jk Simmons was to play j Jonah Jameson and Richard Kiel was to voice scooby Lou\scrappy doom and Jim Cummings would have voiced the bootlegged form of scrappy doom known as the goalgothan.but it was cancelled.
