After the cold open, the quality quickly goes downhill. The movie is dark and moody which is good, but the cliched lines are cringeworthy. The producer should be whipped with a wet noodle for not spending a couple dollars more for a rewrite.

An intern could have written an exciting ending with the baddies picked off one by one all over the continent. Yes, that's cliche too but it would be a satisfying conclusion. Half of Van Cleef's dialogue sounds like it was dubbed. It would have been a much more dramatic film if he had three quarters of his lines eliminated.
