I love this story. I love its atmosphere. It's entire vibe. It has a unique vibe to it with a strange dystopian world that stands out to me Amidst the sea of various dystopian worlds in fiction. Its use of lighting at times even gives me a slight Tim Burton esque feeling. It's a bit impressive how stylistic it feels at time given the shows obvious budgetary limitations at the time and while I know many find some of the main villains in this story laughable I feel they do a satisfactory job even if they do often fail at being intimidating. There are some strange elements that don't feel like they belong but in general it's an interesting watch with interesting musical choices, sets and a decent overall story that feels right at home in the seventh doctors era.
