A charming movie filmed on location in town in Michigan. It is simple - a young woman waitress begins to understand the deepness of the lives of three old men. I did not realize it was a "Christian film" whatever that is, until the credits. It is slow, the acting is not flashy, the people look like normal people. It may not be for everyone, but for me, it was the best movie I have seen in a while. It touches the same theme as John Prine's "Hello In There" song, except here the young woman does say hello in there to these three elderly men.
It left us with a warm feeling that one can be humane and happy without deceit.
