To be honest, this movie had nothing to do with Persian families and culture..it was an absolute disappointment. Seriously? A grandmother with such a bad mouth talking about sexual habits and positions? Nope that is not Persian AT ALL!! Elders are supposed to be an idol. They teach you manners not ruining them.
And Islamic belief? Persians do not have strong faith in Islam. How come the characters have some deep belief in Islam when they have already moved out of the country during the Islamic republic revolution?
It leaves a huge bad impression from Iran.. clearly no research on culture. Again..that was a huge Disappointment.
