Review of Prey

FBI: Prey (2018)
Season 1, Episode 3
9/10

Another very strong episode to start FBI's freshman season. "Prey" deals with the emotive issue of human trafficking - and, specific to this episode, from Eastern European countries - and packs quite an emotional wallop, particularly the final scene in the hospital.

At times, it was an uncomfortable episode to watch, given the subject nature. There are some good twists and tense moments as the agents race to save girls who have been trafficked to the United States.

(The case affects OA more personally than the others, and in a quiet moment he tells Bell exactly why.)

Good to see Jeremy Sisto's SAIC Jubal Valentine - quite the name, isn't it? - do some field work for the first time in the series. I like the character. Sela Ward's SAIC Dana Mosier is also a good addition to the cast. I've always liked Ward as an actress.
