The film had potential but the execution wasn't that exciting. An army sniper has to rescue his estranged wife who is being held hostage by a terrorist whose brother he killed in a military operation. Most of the film is set in a park where our hero Charlie runs around and gets shot at. Charlie is played by a Baldwin brother and though in stressful situations talks in a monotone mostly, lacking in drama. The best character and most believable actor was Debra Wilson as Maggie who throughout the film only sits at her computer but gives the film heart and grit. There is some action but it's not thrilling.
