It isn't that there wasn't something entertaining about this episode; it just didn't have much of a spark. James's romantic hopes continue to be dashed. The down side is that rich woman (Diana Rigg) and her dog dominate the whole thing. She is overindulgent with it and because of her wealthy they must fearfully cater to her wishes. She doesn't follow their directions so what they accomplish makes no difference. It makes them look like buffoons. Tristan has a lot of screen time, but he doesn't really put himself ahead. Ultimately, they should have (if you'll excuse the expression) let sleeping dogs eat.
