I watched this series in the hope that it would start to make some sense,
The acting is intense!!!!, particularly that of the character playing Iris and the actor playing the emotionally disturbed, if not mad Silas.
The story revolves around two sisters (twins) who paint dolls faces for a somewhat grim & cruel old woman. Iris goes off with an artist & isan artist herself.
This part of the story revolves around a group supposedly of the pre Raphelite movement. Iris falls in love with her mentor, then discovers ha is married, Events then churn on & she is kidnaped by Silas & she eventually escapes to ??? What??
Quite frankly, its all muddled & use the 5+ hours of your life doing something productive.
