I've always been a fan of Tekken, since Tekken 3 I believe it's the best fighting franchise. Especially 3 and 5, which are my favorites. But some things that made me prefer Tekken over other franchises of the genre were the "films" of each character and the character unlocks that were super fun to unlock several characters AND FOR FREE. I already remember Tekken 6 that I didn't like it much. Then Tekken 7 arrived and even though platinum is extremely easy, it is very disappointing having to pay to unlock characters and there isn't even a cutscene for the characters. And they added the worst thing that is special. Before, usually the only character who had a "special" was Paul and that wasn't bad because it wasn't the focus of the game and now these specials have unfortunately become the trademark of Tekken 7, and will probably return in Tekken 8.
