The Seven Deadly Sins, a 1962 French New Wave collaboration done on an airplane. I didn't realize that only the first one really gave me the jolt of surrealism that rattled me.

Godard seems to have become much more restrained in all his collaborations with other directors. Seems lovely in the early jokey and mechanical where his solo work was so overt.

The second director used long shots well.
