Watch it for the music, direction, Kolkata & Ayushman
8 November 2023
I don't understand the bad reviews of this movie. It's definitely not a blockbuster material, but it is a one time watch.

Music is just beautiful, soothing & refreshing. 'Maana ke hum yaar ni' is definitely one of my favourites (The one which is in the movie). Song is so beautiful, lyrics, music, visuals, happy family, rain & expressions of Ayushman, what's not there to love.

Ayushman Khurana as usual did a fantastic job. His acting, his romance, his expressions, everything was on point.

Parineeti Chopra's definitely not her best work. But, is wonderful except at 2-3 places where it seems forced.

Plot definitely is a weak part. But, if you've ever been in one sided love or in love with your friend or in love with someone and couldn't end up with her/him, definitely watch it. It's very relatable.

Romantic movies with a happy ending always do well. We all know that. Audience wants to leave theatre with a smile & hope for love. Maybe that's one of the point, for which audience sort-of rejected this movie.

I would definitely suggest to watch it once. (It's okay, you can rewatch those sitcoms later, just give it a shot) ---- Person Gyaan -

We all have heard of stories where two people are in love, but due to some circumstances they couldn't end up together. But, this doesn't mean that the love they had for each other was not pure, was not real. It was. But, sometimes destiny has something else in mind. Hence, not so happy endings; and which is okay.

That is why this movie is very realistic & relatable.
