It's quite entertaining to watch this movie if you cut out the stupidity of becoming pregnant. In a world where blind monsters are attracted to sound a newborn baby is the least thing you want to put into it. They tend to cry! In the beginning the family 'shops' in an abandoned supermarket and let the children roam free to potentially knock things over. And apperently there are no condoms either to get there, hence that pregnancy later on. And if it is easy (yet noisy) to kill off those creatures why isn't the military up to it? What happened to the world 68 days prior to the start of this movie? How did those creatures get here? All in all, still an entertaining thrill ride that keeps you at the edge of your seat.
