Chittagong (2012)
6/10
Lot of potential and a huge miss!

Warning: Spoilers
This film had a great cast and a lot of potential in all the characters but they seemed to fade away after the interval. The story was a great one under the circumstances of British Empire, but I feel they couldn't do justice to it.

The character of Master da should have been more detailed and the first female martyr of the 20th century Preetilota Waddedar's character should have gotten a little more focus. History remembers her greatness as she was. The director tried his best for the first hour but then it started to weaken as it went to the end. There was a lot of expectations at the start after seeing the legendary actors of Indian cinema in the film but they failed to meet the expectations. But, nonetheless a good effort to witness.
