Sassy and lovely! I had a feeling she would be in a dress before the end of the movie. I was not disappointed!
Van Heflin did a fine job as well. He played the humble preacher very convincingly.
Raymond Burr is the heavy in this movie and he's in black most of the time. Easy to see who's the bad guy.
I really enjoyed this movie. I found myself singing the hymn "Church in the Wildwood!" Holy, Holy, Holy was another well known hymn in this gem.
