What I did actually watch of this was notably bland. A few jump scares but the sound effects cause the reaction more than the imagery. It's so easy to get distracted and lose interest. After dark has it's share of hit and miss so when I saw this streaming for free with ads on Vudu we decided to try it. Nothing to brag about but production wise it wasn't a flop considering it has afterdark backing it so it gets to barely fall off the BRate movies list. Tiktok had my attention far more than this but it did play throughout and was good background noise. I was hoping for a casual viewing experience but this was more mundane than I'd have hoped.
