I just finished the whole series and it left me in tears. I connected so much with Midge's character, she is strong, inspirational yet flawed like a real person. This series has it all: witty writing, amazing performances by the whole cast, beautiful costumes and incredible chemistry between co stars.
Lenny Bruce and Midges storyline has my heart and I loved how they included him in the ending: he was her very beginning and he was there for her right before her big debut.
Susie is maybe my favorite character, she is funny, bossy but has the biggest heart, she'd do anything for Miriam. WATCH IT.
