I've never rated a show before but I had to come here for this. I've watched The Flash from the start and slowly watched it decline over time- this finale manages to take the cake in terms of poor storytelling.
The villains should not have been defeated so easily, they may as well have not been in the episode. Aside from this, granting OP powers to Khione and Cecile made no sense. Watching Cecile randomly fly on my tv screen was quite jarring to say the least. Other moments, like Cecile defeating 12 speedsters who were running towards her, demonstrate the lack of thought given towards her character.
Interestingly enough, The Flash himself, the supposed main character of the show, had a limited role in the finale. He basically barely fought and talked his way to success.
Overall this episode was nonsensical and extremely rushed, a disappointing end to a series that had a lot of potential.
